What programs and resources are offered through the BBRC?
The BBRC serves as a “one-stop shop” for loans as well as management and technical assistance for small businesses. Any business may apply for the loan programs offered through the BBRC. Businesses not eligible are those excluded under the guidelines of the Small Business Administration (SBA).

What types of financing programs are available for small businesses?
The BBRC provides loans and resources that can help all types of businesses, large or small. The programs are also for those just starting a business and those with an existing business.

What information is needed in order to apply for a loan? How long does the loan process take?
Clients should complete a basic application that a BBRC loan officer or loan originator will use to get the process started. Additional documentation may be required of the client. Once a client provides all the necessary information, an answer will be provided soon.

How much money can I borrow for my business?
The BBRC has several programs that offer financing from $5,000 to $1.5 million. Loans are designed to fit the needs of a wide variety of business owners. Loan terms, rates and maturities will vary depending on the project.

Are government grants available for my business?
At this time, grants are NOT available through the BBRC.

Are there costs involved with any of the BBRC services?
Some of the BBRC programs do involve various fees and charges. See a BBRC staff member for details.
